In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the qq801 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during active use of the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of qq801 or any of its affiliated technology or service providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed via qq801's responsible gaming tools or imposed by qq801 following an investigation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

qq801 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period specified by qq801 may result in account suspension or closure.

To access betting and gaming products on qq801, you must register a Member account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

1. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one qq801 account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2. Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading registration data is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qq801 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify qq801 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Account sharing: Your qq801 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. Wagers placed via a shared or transferred account may be voided at qq801's discretion.
5. Account closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting qq801 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC completion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

qq801 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its obligations as an internationally licensed gaming operator. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during a Member's use of the Platform.

The standard KYC documents accepted by qq801 include:

• Government-issued photo identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's license).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Payment method verification: Where a deposit was made via a local Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, or Bank Permata), confirmation that the registered bank account belongs to the Member.
• Source of funds: qq801 may request evidence of the source of deposited funds where the volume or pattern of transactions warrants additional review.

Documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility within your qq801 account dashboard. qq801 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on qq801 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following supported methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the sending institution.
• qq801 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which qq801 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are credited to your qq801 balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Standard processing times vary by method and are published on the deposit page.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified under the KYC process.
• qq801 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal requests to BCA and BRI accounts are processed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB Monday to Sunday), subject to security checks.
• qq801 does not charge fees on standard bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times for e-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically within 30 minutes.
• qq801 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Where additional checks are required, qq801 will notify the Member within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 6 of these Terms.

qq801 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available to residents of Indonesia aged 21 or above who have completed KYC verification.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus.
3. Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports bets, live casino games, togel draws, and slot titles may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
4. Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single wager permitted is Rp 200.000 or the equivalent in real-money terms, unless the promotion terms specify a lower limit. Placing wagers in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
5. Bonus abuse: qq801 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance play designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk. Accounts where bonus abuse is detected will have the relevant bonus voided and may face account suspension.
6. Promotion withdrawal: qq801 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued while a Member is actively working toward the wagering requirement, qq801 will honour the bonus for a reasonable transition period as notified.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on qq801:

• Bet acceptance: A wager is confirmed only when qq801's system has accepted and acknowledged it. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, qq801's transaction logs will be the authoritative record.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled wager.
• Void bets: qq801 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (c) the wager was placed in violation of these Terms.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the combined odds to apply. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided, the void leg is removed and the remaining selections continue at their respective odds.
• Live betting: In-play bets on live sports events are subject to a brief acceptance delay. qq801 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.
• Togel draws: Results for togel draws are determined by the official published draw outcomes of the referenced draw provider. qq801's records of draw results are final for settlement purposes.
• Slot game malfunctions: In the event of a slot or RNG game malfunction, the affected game round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's balance. Wins generated during a malfunction will not be paid.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the qq801 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between qq801 and other operators.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting data from the Platform without express written permission from qq801.
• Attempting to access another Member's account, whether by guessing credentials, exploiting vulnerabilities, or social engineering.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, or threatening content via any qq801 communication channel, including live chat and support tickets.

qq801 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of all Members. The following tools and policies form part of qq801's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account dashboard. Limits are applied immediately and may be decreased at any time. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure automatic on-screen alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Members may self-exclude for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during play sessions display elapsed session time and net wagering activity.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use of any qq801 trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights. qq801 operates these games under valid licensing agreements with each provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq801 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account where qq801 has fulfilled its security obligations.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside qq801's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit qq801's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

qq801's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qq801 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms — identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page — is always the operative version.

Where qq801 makes a material change to these Terms, we will notify registered Members by email at the address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. For minor or administrative amendments, notice may be provided solely by updating this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq801 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms is unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the qq801 Platform shall first be submitted to qq801's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of formal submission, the parties may seek resolution through arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent qq801 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.
